Clear Business Outcome Win Epicor Partner Marketing Award
We are incredibly proud to announce that CBO has received the Marketing GTM Award at the recent Epicor Momentum event in Kuala Lumpur.
It is the second award to come our way in recent times, after also winning the Epicor Partner of the Year Award for 2024.
This also makes us the only Epicor partner to receive two awards at the same Epicor Momentum event – a rare achievement and one that will be savoured for a long time to come.

Speaking about the achievements, Damien Sullivan, Director of CBO said:
“This is a huge achievement for the team.”
“We take pride in focusing on Business Transformation with all our clients. The COVID-19 lockdowns were a challenging time for businesses, but we decided to use the time to turn our skills inward to transform our own processes. Importantly, this involved using the same Epicor Kinetic software that we provide to our customers.”
“The impact of this was huge and revolutionised our ways of working and it also provided our Academy graduates with immense experience.”
“As we transitioned from being a consultancy business into a full partner, we had to build a Sales function – from scratch and with little prior experience.”
“Focusing on end-to-end processes, we looked at best practices in the marketplace and realised the starting point was Marketing, which had to be totally aligned with business development and sales.”
“To achieve what we wanted, we had to hire people with real marketing and sales expertise that could work within our budget. Inflowing remained our marketing agency and Nick Thomas became our Business Development Manager. We also relied on many people at Epicor for advice and input to our plans.”
