Headquartered in Cambridge, Xaar is a world-leading manufacturer of industrial inkjet printheads.
The Challenge
Xaar had recently endured a sub-optimal ERP implementation. The company was looking to achieve business improvement and contacted CBO, initially to assist with a move to the latest version of its ERP system.
The Solution
We used Xsol to develop process models that would be used as test scripts for the upgrade and it quickly became apparent that considerable process improvements could be made. Xaar also recognised that the XSol tool could assist in the development of new CRM capabilities within the business.
We worked with Xaar to successfully implement CRM processes and systems, as well as working in finance and supply chain areas to provide rapid and measurable system and process improvement.
An upgrade to the ERP system was recently completed and the system is being rolled out into additional areas of the business, consolidating the functionality of various disparate systems. Xaar has moved all of its implementation support activities to CBO and we provide support in every aspect of the business.
